I hope I'm not wasting your time and I hope this can give you some information

I've been in Vancouver more than 5 months

I arrived here in the middle of January this year

Actually I can't believe this...I feel like I just arrived ! No,no I'm kidding

Honestly I feel like I've lived over 1 year almost like a resident

I guess It's because Vancouver's downtown(I'm living in downtown) is really small

and it's surrounded with nature like ocean and mountains all around of this city

Yeah definitely, it is one of greatest things of Vancouver ;)

Everything is pretty simple like living and finding ways and public transports (If you live in downtown, you are not gonna use them very often and you can go on foots anywhere in downtown)

Except paying bills whether taxes are included or not

Have to pay taxes and tips... This is really annoying sometimes

I would never get used to this !

Oh,someone is very distracted here

Please, forgive me, I have ADD so....

Anyway,Time fries ! XD :(

Well I've studied at GV(Global Village which is one of the biggest schools in Vancouver)

And I took a General English Course

Before starting the course, there were some tests(speaking, writing)

to assign students to their appropriate class at Orientation day

I got level 6 I was very surprised.....Cus it was higher than I expected

Maybe It was totally not wasting time spent watching a lot of american dramas and movies before I come here

My parents were always worried and wondered whenever I was stuck in my room to watch them and studying English

The class was a lot of fun and very helpful anyway

Some teachers are really great, Facilities are pretty good and clean

And as my wish, I could make many European friends at GV

Specially swiss friends :D

Once I changed my course to IELTS though...

(Because I though i need the score to get in to the graduate school in Canada or U.S. or to immigrant to Canada...

I haven't decided to go to the graduate school here or immigrant here yet,BUT who knows what's gonna happen in the future.

And who knows if it's gonna be changed again what I want to be,what I want to do for my career...you know)

But I changed the course back cus IELTS class was tooooo boring and stiff.....I coudn't stand it..

And most classmates were from Saudi Arabia....

Cus they need this score to get in the University in Canada desperately.....

12 Saudi Arabians and 2 Koreans....Can you imagine that ? :(

(Please don't get me wrong.I don't hate them.

My one of favorite formal classmates,Ahmad is from Saudi Arabia)

It was really not funny.......and not helpful to improve my English at all

I have one month left at GV and I'm gonna take TOEFL course in Toronto or Hawaii GV ! YAY :D

Yes ! One of good things of GV is that you can transfer to other city like Victoria,Toronto,Calgary in Canada

and Hawaii in U.S !

Even though you already paid all of your tuition fee !

Now I guess it's time to introduce my former classmates to you

They are from all over the world ;)

Blonde swiss girl,Reggie is my best friend in Vancouver

Even though she is 3 years younger than me,

She is very wise and psychologically mature and nice and

obviously lovely

Maik is from Liechtenstein which is a very small rich country located on between Switzerland and Austria

They speaks german and population is only 34,500

He is surprisingly huge and kind and he has sens of humor

Reggie said people who are living in other countries of Europe

usually make a joke with his country

and she also makes a joke about his country and they tease each other vert often

It's kind of a joy watching their arguements about something of their own country hahaha

Jair is a Brazilian guy

But when I first saw him, I thought he was Saudi Arabian

He has a nice voice and an adorable face like a Brazilian baby

Ahmad is from Saudi Arabia

We were in the same class for two months with Reggie

I like him very much

He is really cute and very nice and friendly

He is very good at playing table tennis

He was a winner of the school table tennis competition

And he can be a great actor ! amazingly talented person

Roger is from Switzerland

He is very young and seems smart and kind

He is against smokers

What a great guy !

Winie is from Taiwan

She is a shy girl

The other day, I wanted to throw our classmates's B-day party during the class cus there were many B-day girls

but she said she doesn't want to get any attention from people...:(

I think she is pretty but she acts like a tomboy a little bit haha

Till is from Switzerland

He seems have hangover always

I heard that He drinks beer everyday after school hahaha

He is handsome I think he's quite popular from some girls

But he usually acts like a little boy

He likes teasing girls and playing and drinking beer so much

Sometimes during the class he stared at me for a long time

It was really embarrassing me and it was totally unacceptable

Oh boy.....He went back to Switzerland last week

Goodbye Till

And Mr.Walter

Our great great teacher

We could make some movies and played a murder mystery

because of him ! Thank u Mr.walter

It was pretty fun and kind of a great experience

I've met many awsome people and have had amazing experiences in Vancouver so far

I have captured precious moments

And I'm learning a lot everyday many many various things

I feel like people are just having different faces, different languages, different cultures, living in the different places

I think most stereo types about people's cultural behaviors all around the world could be wrong

what people like, the way people think,

What people want,what people prefer,

everything is absolutely similar

just there are only personal preferences

While i've been staying here, I realized many things

I feel that human life is just same

There are just kind of some results of education and society ideals

Everything is very motivative to me

They are very helpful for figuring myself out

I still have no idea Who I am, What I want, What I need,

just all i can do is trying to get to know about myself

I'm taking some time for me

I hope it's not too late and everything's gonna be fine :)

And I also hope you guys are doing very well whatever you do

I hope all of you the best of luck ! Cheers from Vancouver :D

One more thing,I am really really grateful to my agency 어연뽀 specially Tony오빠,실장님

for supporting and helping me always

Thank you so much !!

I will try to write about some tips or advises or information for new students who are coming or getting ready next time ! :)
