팬쇼 컬리지의 원예기술학과는 Strathroy지역 근처의 the A.M. Cuddy Garden를 포함한 100에이커의 팬쇼컬리지 캠퍼스의 자연환경을 바탕으로 원예의 관한 다양한 지식과 실용적 기술을 배울 수 있도록 설계되어있습니다. 캐나다 팬쇼 컬리지의 원예기술학과의 1학년 과정은 주로 학술과 이론적 지식에 중점으로 진행되며 2학년 과정에서는 약 80%의 수업이 교실 밖에서 풍경 건축, 온실 재배, 정원과 풍경유지, 수목재배 수업 등의 현장 학습으로 진행됩니다. 졸업생들은 풍경 건축, 정원 건축, 풍경/정원 유지, 온실이나 묘목업체 등에서의 식물 생산, 골프 코스 개발자 등의 일을 하시면서 원예학과 관련된 다양한 환경에서 일하실 수 있게 됩니다. 팬쇼 컬리지의 원예학과는 원예업계분야에서 높은 평가를 받고 있기 때문에 학과 졸업생들에 대한 수요가 높습니다.
팬쇼 컬리지의 원예학과는 북미에서 처음으로 CLT(Certificated Landscape Technician)이라는 국가 표준 프로그램을 통합하고 있으므로 학생들은 2학년때 이에 관한 시험을 치고 통과하시면 CLT 등록이 허가됩니다.
Landscape Ontraio에 의하면 온타리오에서 매년 원예 분야 산업에서 1600자리 이상의 고용이 필요하기 때문에 모든 팬쇼 컬리지 원예학과 졸업생들이 성공적으로 취업 할 수 있다고 합니다. 물론 Ontario 주 밖에서도 많은 고용의 기회가 보장 됩니다.

Admission Requirements
OSSD with courses from the College (C), University (U), University/College (M), or Open (O) stream OR Academic and Career Entrance Certificate (ACE) OR Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate (GED) OR Mature Applicant with appropriate preparation English Language Requirements
Applicants whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate proficiency in English by one of the following methods:
A Grade 12 College Stream or University Stream English credit from an Ontario Secondary School, or equivalent, depending on the program's Admission Requirements Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) test with a minimum score of 550 for the paper-based test (PBT), or 79 for the Internet-based test (iBT), with test results within the last two years International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test with an overall score of 6.0 with no score less than 5.5 in any of the four bands, with test results within the last two years Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) test with an overall score of 60 with no score less than 50 in any of the four bands, with test results within the last two years An English Language Evaluation (ELE) at Fanshawe College with a minimum score of 70% in all sections of the test, with test results within the last two years
